The Stone Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Stone Center provides custom remodeling solutions, including the sale and installation of countertops, cabinets, backsplashes, and flooring (“Services”). These services may include consultations, 3D design, and professional installations.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Consultation and Design Services

To access personalized design services, you may be required to schedule a consultation and provide accurate information. You agree to keep this information up-to-date to ensure a seamless experience. You are responsible for coordinating with The Stone Center for timely follow-ups and approvals related to your project.

Project Scheduling and Onsite Visits

The Stone Center will schedule onsite visits for measurements and project assessments. You agree to provide access to your property for these assessments and during the installation phase. Scheduling changes must be communicated promptly to avoid delays.

Quotes and Payment

The Stone Center will provide quotes for products and services prior to commencement. By accepting the quote, you authorize us to proceed and agree to the payment terms outlined in the agreement. Payment must be made according to the specified schedule, which may include deposits, progress payments, and final settlements.

Warranty and Quality Assurance

The Stone Center stands by the quality of its products and services. We offer warranties on certain installations and materials, which will be detailed in your project agreement. Any issues must be reported within the warranty period specified.

Prohibited Activities

By using our Services, you agree not to:

Engage in any unlawful or harmful activities.

Interfere with or disrupt the operations of The Stone Center.

Misrepresent or falsify information related to your project.

The Stone Center reserves the right to terminate services if any prohibited activities are discovered.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by The Stone Center, including but not limited to 3D renderings, project plans, and promotional content, are the intellectual property of The Stone Center and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy or distribute any part of these materials without express permission.

Privacy Policy

Your use of The Stone Center’s services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Data and Confidentiality

The Stone Center respects your data privacy. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data for marketing and analysis purposes. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality on any design or project details shared with you.

Termination

The Stone Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if your actions harm our reputation or operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stone Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for services in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes or claims related to these Terms or your use of our Services, both parties agree to resolve issues through binding arbitration in Polk County, Florida. Each party will bear their own arbitration costs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Amendments and Modifications

The Stone Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of those rights.
